It’s long, I don’t expect you to read it ;)

I definitely am not gonna state that I’m the first person in the world to say this. In fact I’m actually gonna say lots of people have said this before me, but I think it’s important I say it all again.
When you pass a light wave through two slits and a wall behind the slits, you expect the wave to diffract and form interference patterns. You will have fringes of dark and light (if using light waves for example). Someone who has done IGCSE physics or anything of that sort will agree with this. However, when you pass a line of solid objects, you won’t get an interference pattern, but instead you’ll get two lines plastered on the wall. Anybody with a few brain cells would agree with this.
When you pass electrons through two slits, you would expect it to do the same thing as shooting solid particles through two slits (this would all be done at a subatomic level, the slits would be rather small). However, the wall behind won’t have electrons plastered in two lines, like expected. Instead, there are light fringes and dark fringes - an interference pattern. This suggests that electrons behave as waves! (omg-xylophone!)
But that isn’t the weird thing, scientist, after setting up detectors to try and see what the hell these electrons thought they were doing, then repeated the experiment. Guess what happened? The electrons were plastered in two straight lines, as if they were just little marbles being shot at the wall. -.-
So what was discovered here?
1) electrons behave as waves, later it was also discovered that everything has its own wavelength (yes, even you)
2) they said the reason why these electrons acted like this was at the very instant that it was about to pass through the slits, the single electron was actually passing through both the slits, and none of the slits, and only one of the slits, all at the same time. This is hard to grasp, but at one time, that electron was going through an infinite possibility of scenarios.
3) when you look at electrons, and actually try and observe them, they behave differently to when you have your back turned (talk about stage fright)
It might not be the best explanation of the matter, but whatever, I found this out in 5 minutes today ;)

This is where I’ve decided, after that 5 minutes of watching an episode of dr quantum and thinking about how that just sounds like someone made a mistake.
I think there are 2 obvious paths that explain this phenomenon.
1) we live in a simulation.
Studies have actually shown, taking into account many variables, that the chances that we live in a simulation are higher than if the universe was just created by an explosion that originated from literally nothing, laws of physics being created, particles forming the way they did, electromagnetism coming about along with gravity, specific molecules forming so precisely to build stars an planets and molecules binding together on these planets in the exact right conditions to create life. When you look at it, the chances of you actually existing must be close to 0. What’s the probability of a universe being created out of nothing again?
When you think about it, before you baffle yourself with how hugely unlikely it is that you exist, just calm yourself by convincing yourself that you were created by a big ass computer :) its a lot easier to grasp that the whole universe - everything in existence - was a well thought out computer program, with rules thought out before hand to govern how certain things would react if they were exposed to different stimulations. They decided the earth would be round, that they would put little things that could move on it and they will call themselves people and they will live in little houses with doggy and stuff. The reason why i like this idea is cuz it explains the electron’s behaviour. One of the designers said “lol, I’ll let them think electrons act as waves” and then one of the other programmers said “no douchebag, they’re particles! Now we have to make their lives difficult by making everything behave like a wave and a particle!”
Needless to say the guy probably got fired.
2) we are all just governed by our conscious and subconscious.
This isn’t quite so easy to explain.
By looking at the electron, we altered how it acted. There have been other experiments to show that angry words written on bottles of water cause the water to freeze in completely different shapes to water frozen after having nice words written onto it.
What this shows, is that your Subconscious, and all the emotions that you are able to pick up, are actually able to alter the world around you. People are said to have 5 senses, but I think that everyone has a sixth sense of being able to pick up emotions, and bad vibes. Just like some people have trouble seeing and hearing, some peoples 6th sense is better than others.
What I actually think could be the case is that each one of our worlds is actually a creation in your own head. You dictate every part of your own life. You could think of it that the real you is actually lying in a bed somewhere, and your whole life is just a dream. When you sleep, it’s as if the signal has just weakened so the images aren’t as clear as when you’re awake. That sense that you get that something bad is about to happen is due to the fact that the real you has already decided that it’s gonna happen in his sleeping state. Deja vu is just there because the real you is just thinking about the situation or has thought about it before you’ve been able to carry it through. It would explain everything that is unexplainable in your eyes.
Perhaps you are actually trapped in your own consciousness, that everyone you have ever met is just a figment of your subconscious. There’s no way to prove it otherwise.
Perhaps, the reason why you die is because the real you has just finished sleeping, then when he goes back to bed, you’ll be re born into another life. You might not even be a human anymore, you might become something that would be impossible to create in this universe, but would just be a thought in the real you’s world.

Go on, prove me wrong.

If I could be anyone in the world, right now; I’d be…

The one that you’re thinking about
The one making you smile
The one you kiss on the forehead
The one that amazes you
The one you want to make the moment last with
The one you’ll always want to be with
The one that makes you happiest
:)

Nothing really matters, anyone can see. Nothing really matters…

… But you..
